Good success for the event "Chocolate" which was held this year in our city over the weekend just gone.
The number of admissions, contrary to what is reported by some newspapers, it seemed remarkable, especially considering the bad weather that hit the city, particularly on Sundays.
I went to Piazza Dante on several occasions, sampling here and there and also taking home some souvenirs, good quality media products, with a tendency towards standardization and grading, clearly agreed, prices up (40 € / kg for almost all types).
I will not be the most experienced of this wonderful product, but the idea that I got from this event is that the more exposure it is a circus of chocolate that turns a blind eye on the one hand, short-sighted, and by the quality ' On the other hand retains the good eye at the cash register.
The feeling is that of a "good volume status" of chocolate, perhaps because even extended to Sicilian sweets and Alto Adige, a good money maker, but that does not make it on the production of quality chocolate, in which Italy excels.

Great choice even among the latter with a stew of unexpected tenderness in the classic version and "peposo" (sensational), cut the poor, such as tripe, well cooked and wide exposure to various cuts of Chianina be cooked on the grill. Finally
small list of desserts prepared with various levels, the inevitable tiramisu and pannacotta with a delicate rice cake or gingerbread Asciano little known in conjunction with rational meditation wines.
Excellent choice of good bottles of mostly Tuscan, with a small list of biodynamic producers, from which we have learned, curious, a 2009 Chianti Michael George, a drinkable product, soft (small percentages of merlot and 8 months in small wood) other than the traditional rules of Chianti, almost feminine, but still brought a correct price, 14 €.
And the price is one of the strengths of Bagoga, because compared to the above, there is no escape from the room with broken bones, as happens in many places of the city of Palio: 25 € finals are well spent and surprise us because they are still below the sum of the prices on the menu, with a nice rounded and consistent in our favor.
