City of Marcellina and inaugurated the photographic exhibition "Roma and the Sinti

the Board of Trustees Re.Se.T., Luca Abbruzzetti, were presented 60 photographs that tell the "Porrajimos" the forgotten genocide of the Roma and Sinti: 500 thousand people - men, women, elderly and children - killed between 1940 and 1945 in the death camps of Nazi Germany only because they were considered 'different'. More than 50 students from the school, along with their teachers, attended the opening of the exhibition.
A first enriched by the participation of several members of the City Council of Marcellina, the local education authorities, representatives of the Police, the council of parents and the Secretary of Cultural Affairs for the Embassy of Romania in Emigration Italy, George Bologan. The exhibition, making available dall'AIZO Roma Onlus di Torino, will remain on display for two weeks, until next February 10. An opportunity to gather and compare policies in our host country, in a small town on the outskirts of the capital with a large proportion of its population of foreign origin, in light of a disturbing poll published recently, according to which 22% of young Italians are anti-Semitic statements.
