Tomorrow, February 10, will be the "Memorial Day" in memory of victims of sinkholes and the Istrian-Dalmatian exiles who fled their homes after the transfer of Istria, Rijeka and Zadar to Yugoslavia following the defeat of Italy in the second World War II.

The City of Cisterna, like many other municipalities, will celebrate this anniversary next Sunday, February 13.

The program at 11 am in front of the Palazzo Caetani, the gathering of the association of weapon, voluntary and the arrival of the authorities. Then the procession will march up to Piazza Amedeo of Savoy, where, at the foot of the Monument to the fallen of all wars will be placed a wreath in honor of the martyrs of the sinkholes.

At 11:30 in the Church of Santa Maria Assunta in Cielo, will be held Mass celebrated by Fr Giancarlo Masci.
